Maxin Chicken

Omg, Never seen that type of service, So ridiculous. That one guy with glasses on I think he is Tamil guy, He has no respect towards customers and has none mathematician calculations!! Honestly, I just ordered 2 large fries and it took around 45 minutes or longer to prepared my order.

The gentleman that works in the evenings is very friendly and the food has great quality. However the rest of the staff is completely ignorant and makes it impossible to order. I tried to place the telephone order today. No one answers the phone. After numerous attempts I went to the shop to check and was told no one picks up the phone because they don't speak English. I managed to place the order, but after preparing half of it, they left it on side and just went to the back. I've been waiting another 20 minutes for them to just make a portion of chips

Had lunch there today. The guy behind the counter didn't understand what we was asking for. Finally got meal after 10mins wait. It was cold and horrible. The chicken tasted like it was warmed up and greasy and the burger was tiny. We ended up binning it and it gave us an upset stomach. I recommend avoiding this place.

Worst customer service every experienced. Staff was really bad they couldn’t understand. Especially ordering food the staff didn’t know what tomatoes and cucumbers were. He was clueless and I had to repeat the order couple of times.

Me and my friend having be going there for a long time almost a year but the staff are changed and the new staff are so rude and they don’t even communicate with costumers properly we used to get nice service it’s one guy working there he was so kind and friendly to everyone but the new staff are so rude and on Friday I visited that place again and I ordered the large masala chips and one pepasi so I asked him that how much it and he said I can’t give you large masala chips because I don’t have enough masala so I told him give me regular masala chips and on pepsi also 4 wings and I asked him that how much is it and he said that it’s £6 something but last time we ordered same thing and that other guy took £5 of that order. They charged extra for a masala but they never put more masala if you don’t want to put more masala then why are you charging extra money to your customers and that day they just give as our order in 5 minutes I was happy that wow it’s too early very but when we had the chips it wasn’t test fresh i think they cooked twice and it’s wasn’t good enough i think you guys should change new staff but the old one was the best staff I wouldn’t go there again and not recommending to also!!!

chicken was oily, chewy, pink and not even hot. only ate about half of the wings I bought

He said 3 mins but it was 10 mins , but still meh
