German Doner Kebab

I am very disappointed, I have ordered many times from this place giving it a chance to redeem it self , after it’s been recommended to me .
I have ordered box with extra cheesy ‘loaded ‘m fries and I have paid extra for curry spicy sauce and cheesy sauce .

Let me tell you something I don’t understand why Loaded means in this case , since it was hardly any chips inside , second of all the other chips were dry and the sauces were waterly !

As well I don’t know how many bites you ( chilli cheesy bites ) to your boxes but I received 2 Only !!!

The wrap was decent but with just a little bit of meat , the rest was red cabbage !!!

Such a dissapointment !!!

Me and my family love GDK, we usually go to their Stratford and Canary Wharf branch, where their food quality and quantity is great!!!

This is the second time we came to this shop (Stepney Green) and we’re more than disappointed. Last time we noticed that here the amount and the boxes were way less than half full, and they’re quite petty as well as they only gave 4pcs of cheese bites in the “BOSS BOX” whereas in the other shops you get around 6/7 pcs each.

Today me and my husband left home with the intention to have our quick dinner here, we ordered 3 Doner GYM boxes, which is our classic… and trust me, threr was less than 150g of meat in 3 boxes all together. So disappointed. There were more onions in the box than anything else.

Great food, quick service. Does get busy some times especially in the evenings. Parking can be a problem as it's located on the main road.

Good quality food, small portion but then again it's good to be mindful. I like how us customers can control the application of sauce. I'm a veteran kebab eater.

Average service, even though I found out before paying the bill that I qualified for a 15% discount, they won't redo the order for me to benefit because they've already printed the receipt, they just said "next time".

Otherwise, I was happy with the service, everyone was polite and pleasant. The food was nice, similar to the German doner I've had from other GDK restaurants. Good portions and tasty.
I had the OG doner, a favourite and they followed my instructions on what I wanted taken out. It was a clean and lovely atmosphere.

One star, unfortunately there's no zero star option. I've ordered a chicken burger. Delivery on time but the chicken was raw. Raw contamination at its best. Please be extra careful with this stuff. I'll never order again 👎

Ordered an delivery with 100g extra beef, looks like it was 100g in total. The boxes started to be way to big for the kebabs they put in it. Made request to add extra red cabbage and I couldn't see it as well.

I think its the only one nearby as the rest of the GDK are kinda further out of the are.

The shop is small, like small small, unless your going with max 2/3 people, I recommend doing takeout instead.

The service is what you can expect from the rest of GDK, they alright.

Food is good, its decent it has its own taste to it, and it's not like someone just put plain donner and a bunch of salads and served it to you, gdk have their own unique taste to them which are nice.

Portion size its on the smaller side, don't expect too much, also for the price you pay its kinda not worthy as the other shops literally across the roas offer better value for money and have their potion size like double for less.

But if you really are keen on going its still a decent one, but like I said don't expect your portion to be too big for the price price pay, which is the only disadvantage I find for this place.
