AGOGOS

Small complaint - the food came with a serious delay. I've not seen a mention of that in previous reviews to I assume it was a glitch. Called me twice about the progress so all good.

Food came at a perfect serving temperature and was very good, though.

Jerk Chicken was super-tasty. Goat curry was decent. Probably my first do can't compare, but meat coming off the bone nicely:)

Portions are more than generous!

My colleague and I ordered just now.....we ordered curry goat rice and peas.
The meat was literally swimming in oil! See the attached photo....this is just the oil I managed to pour off
And there was loads of sharp bone shards. I'm not convinced it's goat either. Possibly mutton? I've no idea.
This is literally the worst curry 'goat' I've ever tasted.

Had chicken tenders, mac and cheese & jerk chicken. Probably the best Caribbean food I've had. My plate was CLEAN after - the chicken was grilled to perfection, the m&c was nicely made and not too oily and the tenders were super crispy & well seasoned! The driver was an employee of the restaurant, super nice guy! Definitely ordering again!

Ordered from here several times and it's great. Proper home cooking. The goat curry is delicious, jolof rice is spot on, jerk chicken also pretty good (although sweats a bit in the containers). Portion sizes are decent & hope they can keep the prices reasonable as it's fair for what you get atm. Nice people too, nothing less than 5 stars.

Order was late but customer service was great when I called and asked about it - (polite staff). Also worth the wait as food was nice and hot and good quality. Although my plantain I ordered was missed out hence the four stars. A lot better food in comparison to another place I ordered from in the same town. Wish I had tried agogos a lot earlier!

I just love these guys, good food, fair pricing, I haven't been able to dine in at their establishment due to their opening times, however all my Friends who have been able to dine-in, have nothing but positive reviews. ordering their food online is a delight, once again I just love these guys, give them a try, I recommend getting the Curry goat,and the white rice.

Honestly the pricing is not worth it even with the discount I had. The J rice was a bland type of chilli rather than tasty, the mac and cheese and jerk chicken were mediocre. It does not live up to the standard of how these dishes are traditionally made. Plantain was okay. I came to Hatfield as a student, and was very excited to see that there was a place here that cooked this cuisine, however after trying it i’m sorry to say I am highly disappointed.

Absolutely love ordering from here. The food is very delicious and the portion is more than generous. It's my wife's and I favourite spot. The owner is very personable and welcoming. I highly recommend this place
