Service was fantastic very friendly staff. Food was very good I had the ribeye and my wife had the full rack of ribs, if you like a true medium rare steak order it as rare, it came out perfect. The ribs were fall off the bone tender and the taste was great. We ordered the Rocky Horror Brownie and it was a great way to finish of an already delicious meal.
Will come again for sure

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I treated myself to a rump steak. My daughter had a vegetarian burger. Good size portions. Very helpful staff.

VERY mediocre, more so UNORGANISED! In desperate need of a FOH or Duty Manager!

My family and I were firstly greeted by a young member of staff who asked if we had a reservation which we did. We said we had booked for 4, but then seated us with only 3 menus? This was just the start.

Shortly we were then greeted by an Italian chap who was really friendly and very attentive. Took our food& drinks order and advised us about the salad bar. Then ushered us to the salad bar which seemed a little pointless. Why waste staff and time by having them dish out the salad bar??

After we were seated with our salad bowls, No drinks to be seen so we contacted the bar. A total of 20+ minutes before our drinks arrived and when they did they happened to be incorrect! After the confusion we disregarded two out of four drinks and simply asked for a bottomless soft drink.

Now for our main meals. We could start to see an accumulation of several main meals on the counter top but lots of staff whizzing around and ignoring them. Where’s the typical “service” shout from the chefs. These meals were sat on the service shelf for 15+ minutes and we were praying these weren’t ours as they would be getting cold… After a couple of staff members clocked these dishes had been left there, they were in fact our mains! Just our luck!

Thankfully our mains were still satisfactorily hot but the side of onion rings was stone cold. No surprise there!

I don’t know what is quite wrong with this harvester but there seems to be ZERO organisation. I am unsure if there is a particular system or process or even a Front of House Manager/Duty Manager.

I also feel having a member of staff dish out the salad bar is a complete waste of staff/time and an hourly wage. This could be spent on a team member serving tables or taking orders or helping in the kitchen!

Harvester you need to address the issues of organisation in this branch. I will not be retuning until you do.

Service was excellent. It’s was a average breakfast. I ordered vegan breakfast. I felt everything is dry . Sausages were been over cooked, so it gives the dry texture. Little bit extra guacamole would have made it better . Waffle was yummy .

Our experience was great from start to finish. I booked a table for 6 persons one of whom was in a wheelchair and a helping hand dog. The Manager/waiter was friendly and very obliging. The food was excellent apart from the simply chicken which for two of my guests was rather too spicy. Sam the dog enjoyed his sausage and bowl of ice cream for dessert. The only improvement I can suggest is to move the Cooper Dean nearer to where I live in Suffolk.

So my visit was in between Christmas and the new year and the welcome was great. Thank you team Cooper Dean. The food was freshly cooked and served swiftly. Terri clearly takes customer service to the next level. Polite, friendly, funny and attentive. Top marks Terri. We like you.
Front of house team helpful with booking a table.
Love the salad bar. Fresh and plentiful. Be gone you calories!!
We were passing visitors. We'll certainly be back when Bournemouth. 5 star. Congratulations.

Haven’t been here for a long time, it’s clean enough, the serving staff are very friendly the two guys we had serving us couldn’t be more friendly and helpful absolutely brilliant.

However can’t say the same for the front of house guy whom I assume was the manager.

The food was good the kids had good time I was a bit annoyed with the arrangement and found they could have done this better.

We booked for breakfast with Santa for 11:30 only to be told once we got there Santa was leaving in 15 minutes and breakfast was stopping at 11:45. I can’t understand why take a booking for 11:30 if you can’t meet the expectations, instead the kids saw Santa and we stayed for lunch.

If you’re having the ribs be mindful you will get more bone than meat it’s no where near the ribs I’m used to.

On the whole it was busy a steady turn over not bad if you like the harvester, the salad was good and their understand if allergens is very good.
