This place is fantastic any time of the day - we have enjoyed breakfast, brunch and evening meals here in groups ranging from 2 to 6 people and our experience has been consistently excellent.

The menu is varied and the food is superb when it arrives, served by friendly and knowledgeable staff who clearly enjoy working there.

Only note of caution ( which is no fault of the restaurant ) is that Whitchurch is very challenging for parking, so walk if possible or allow plenty of time for parking, as this is a place you won’t want to rush.

What a lovely return to The Brook Bistro! First visit since pandemic madness and nothing disappointed. Enjoyed the improved decor and the food was superb! Genuinely a fantastic independent restaurant for Whitchurch village! 😊👍

Had Sunday Dinner here today. Amazing food, fantastic service and very good prices. I had the lamb, and my wife had a beef burger. The food was so tasty and we cleared our plates as it was so good

Enjoyed Sunday lunch today with family & cannot praise Darren & his staff enough. The food was excellent, beautifully presented & the waitresses were pleasant, attentive & respectful. We make this our favourite restaurant.

Cozy little Bistro in Whitchurch. Came for brunch which was delicious and beautifully presented. Great menu options the veggie breakfast was huge and really good value for money. Prompt service, nice staff. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

Visited with a group of friends on a Friday evening. The restaurant had been recently decorated and looked really good. Tables were set nicely with pretty glasses. Had a great table in the window. It was packed with a lively, happy atmosphere.

The food options were good and prices reasonable. Desserts were delicious!!

The few downsides are: shared toilets with a low water use cistern sink. They were messy and it was not nice stretching over the toilet to wash my hands. Wine choice - they'd run out of house wine so only had pretty pricey wine left (without warning us of the higher price), the main course could have been tastier (more garlic and olive oil in beans).

Looking forward to returning to try the brunch!

Came here twice this week. The first time, we were booked in for 1:30 and it was a full hour between being seated and having our meals. Having said that, it was very busy, and the food, when it came, was lovely. Back again today with my niece and her boyfriend - an hour earlier today and not quite so busy.Served much more quickly and had the full three courses today - nice atmosphere, lovely food and drink and really nice staff.
