Burger King

We had stayed on hafan y mor many times but rarely ever have a take away. So after a busy day we thought we would treat ourselves and order for delivery. The delivery was 30 mins early which suprised us but the order completely wrong. I therefore after trying to phone without success had to go with the wrong food to burger king it's self which defeated the idea of delivery. I did get a apology and the right food however by the time I walked back to our caravan the food was cold and horrible . Very disappointed and sadly won't be ordering again

Very slow I know they serve loads of people on holiday but the amount of times I went back because order was wrong and item missing as staff forgot to key it in the till not great. But when you do get the food it's amazing just need to tidy up few loose ends in those points and improve service and it would be fab.

Burger King on-site at Haven is Excellent, service was quick despite being mad busy all custom bits of food were correct (normally have issues at places) and food was piping hot and chips crispy :P

Great food at the usual Burger King High standard. We had delivery. So easy to book a delivery slot on the Haven Serve app and delivery was exactly on time and food warm.

Went to Haven with my family and we decided to have Burger King for dinner on one of the nights. The food was bland at best, cold dispite only walking from the counter to the entertainment area and I felt very let down especially considering the amount of money my parents had spent on all of our meals plus for the holiday itself just to make us happy. The young lad who served us was very friendly, helpful and just trying his best whereas the female employee was quite passive-aggressive and the manager just looked like he wanted us gone for the duration of our visit. No word of a lie but the whole experience just left me feeling depressed and genuinely ruined the night for me personally. Rip-off prices and awful food, we will not be returning.

Menu was outside of the building so when I got to the counter I had to leave the queue to see it. Food was over priced considering I bought 5 meals from Whetherspoons with extra drinks for cheaper than Burger king prices. Food was tasty though.

This is one of the best burger kings, the food is consistent. I ordered food for 3 people which was just right, even had some leftovers. Forgot ketchup so went back to the counter normally at other takeaways you get 1 or 2 but my lad eats ketchup like there's no tomorrow and I received plenty for him we were both very happy. It's the little things that matter thank you.

Expect a wait for food, but at least you know it's been cooked fresh (cook to order), the burgers are not the best presented as other reviews show, and to be honest you do have better tasting burger kings at service stations.
But it's a burger king, that's operated by haven. So unfortunately no app discounts etc, meaning a higher priced menu compared to service stations.
