Burger King

Won’t be returning any time soon.
Myself, partner and father in law stopped in for a quick bite as it was really quiet. All food was cold, sent it back and had a “remade” meal which came incorrect and this was also cold. Only thing hot was the chips. Only got one star as the girl serving was polite and attempted to fix the issue. We didn’t send the food back again as we didn’t see much point. We ate the chips and left, didn’t really trust the burgers as we were concerned about the temperature- didn’t feel safe to eat, as a fresh “remade” burger would arrive above 75° / 63° for hot holding.. these however did not.
Very disappointing and concerning.

Worth a 25 mile drive? Yep. A little more expensive than their main rivals which are plentiful up the valleys but lacking the quality of Burger King. Thicker. better chips and tastier burgers. Recommend the Farmhouse Angus

We turned up when it was really busy, so there was a wait for the order, however when the food arrived it was piping hot and it was correct. The Manager was training a few new staff I think and apologised for the wait. It never helps when there is a drive in and Just eat orders at the same time though. Food was just like any other Burger King.
Toilets were clean but you needed a code from the staff to get in. Not sure why this is the case. I didn’t realise and thought I was losing my mind when I saw someone else come out and couldn’t get the door to budge-husband thought it was funny though 🤣

A very disappointing trip to Burger King. Ordered from the app, went to the counter when I got there as instructed but had to wait in store for over 30 minutes for my food. Several people with family orders were waiting similar times but the customers who ordered a couple of things were prioritised. I could even see my burgers waiting under the heat lamp five minutes after I got there. (Special requests)

I had to ask for my food four times before I finally had someone take my order again and make sure it was made for me. Thanks to that member of staff or I would still be there now.

The manager blamed having too many new starters on the shift which I sympathise with but don’t rota a shift full of new starters on a Friday night, at the end of the month when people get paid.

The food was nice, but it wasn’t anywhere near fast food.

Terrible order wrong 3 times fair play spot on 20 minutes waiting for food out side there, then they forgot the my order, got home order wrong. so phone up go back down, fresh order which was wrong again…. Over all the brilliant service, get down there if you don’t fancy eating what you order and don’t mind waiting hour till you can get your food

This is the second time that has happened I ordered from Just eat. it is open until 12 Am and they kept on delaying the time, I rang them and the woman I spoke to said there are no drivers there, if there are no drivers then they should be on in Just Eat!!! How as a customer am I meant to know! Never going back again, sort it out!

By far the better burger and their chicken burgers are outstanding. The Memphis chicken was stunning. The McCrispy is a very poor product compared. For a little extra you get a far superior burger. Also with friendly, helpful and efficient staff.

Food was warm not hot, maybe it was because your staff ignored me for nearly 5 whole minutes and the food was just sat there. Drive through is more important than customers that have already placed an order with the app ?
