Nice place with 16amp electric. Clean showers and toilets. Well kept site next to road, so not too quiet, but it didn't bother us. Only a short walk into Melton Mowbray. Will definitely use again, maybe on our own next time as were there with a few other friends in campervans.

Nice facility. Shower was boiling hot - you couldn't shower a child in there. Road surface needs a bit of work to sort out pot holes. No grey waste disposal which is very odd.

Campsite a bit noisy being next main road. There are footpaths along the river. Its anice walk into Melton Mowbray. Facilities on site are adequate.

Lovely clean and tidy small campsite with amazing view of golf course.

Only downside, showers and toilets slightly dated but clean.

Some nice walks from the site, with geocaches.
Within walking distance of Melton Mowbray Town Centre and the market.
Bus stop situated along the main road towards Melton.
Some road noise, but it was quiet during the night.
Dog's are allowed, but they're not supposed to be walked on the golf course, which people were doing, so eventually that will spoil it for all dog owners.
£15 per night without ehu. Electric available for a small extra charge.
Will definitely use Sysonby Acres again when in the area.

All grass pitches go when there hasn't been a lot of rain. Facilities are clean but basic and there is alot of road noise. If you want to have a change of scenery it's perfectly adequate and about 10 minutes walk into the centre of Melton Mowbray

Cheap and cheerful camp site, in walking distance of Melton Mowbray. Staff very friendly, golf and football golf on site. Basic facilities but all clean.

Just returned from a weekend stay here. This is a great place to stay if you have dogs and like walking as it has extensive grounds to explore. Staff and facilities where great, but the toilet block is a very long walk from the pitches. There was a group of eight camping in a tent next to our motorhome and the males used the back of the tent and the hedge bottom as a toilet, others had a childs porta poti which was also disposed of in the hedge. Very reasonable pitch prices and a short walk into Melton Mowbray.
