Nice enough site. Owners gave us a friendly greeting and facilities were fine. Word of warning about 8 feet wide vehicles. It was a struggle to get in as the hedges were overgrown so you couldn’t see down the side of the caravan. Roger promptly dealt with that but even so we had as little as a couple of inches each side to clear. nerve wracking. Fine for 7’6” van or smaller

Lovely small and quiet caravan site with a veiw of the sunset over the sea. Five pitches for small caravans or campervans with electric hook-up included in the price, though we don't ever use it as we have solar if our battery runs low. No toilet facilities but they have a chemical toilet disposal point, one for grey water and a fresh water tap. A twenty minute walk down a quiet country lane and farm track gets you to a tiny beach on the coast path, but don't tell anyone, no room for massive groups with all their paddle boards and beach tents, not that it stopped one such group that decided to block off the entire area in front of the safest place to enter the sea! They must have really wanted to take up al the peaceful tranquility to get all their stuff down there! They are probably exceptional. The owners, Katrina and Roger have a beautiful smallholding and are really lovely, thank you for the cucumbers, absolutely delicious. We will come again when it is just the two of us as our friends have tents and no toilets, I guess they could use ours in an emergency.
We are so happy to find somwhere we can go during the summer holidays at short notice that will let us bring our tiny caravan, the site was practically empty, far from the madding crowd.

This is one of our favourite sites and we have been many times. Its quiet and peaceful in an amazing location and not too far from the coastal path. You can even see the sea. The site is well managed and maintained and Roger and Katrina always make us feel so welcome and are a mine of information about the area .....where to go for lovely walks, where to get the best fish and chips etc. From the site you can walk down to Cwmtydu to the pebble beach with great rock pools and a sheltered bay for swimming and kayaking. Also its not far from New Quay and other lovely beaches. Already planning our next trip.

Lovely quiet CL. Well kept and welcoming. The footpath downhill through a wooded valley to the Cwm Silio is pretty, and just far enough to ensure you usually get the beach to yourself!
