small but they do have tables. food is as good as you expect from subway

Poor experience from this place, both in person and through online ordering. This recent experience has prompted my review now. Placed an order through Uber Eats which Subway accepted. It then said it was on its way. 40 minutes later, this place cancels my order. If they had rejected it from the start, we could have ordered elsewhere. To save anyone else the trouble of ordering from here, go elsewhere in the first place!

Went In before work to get some lunch. On arrival I was greeted by a very rude worker. I asked for tiger bread but was told there was only Italian bread. He opened up the cupboard where they keep the bread and there was cheese and herb bread. I would of happily eaten that over plain old Italian 😂 (he was just too lazy to cut the up bread because the Italian I got was already cut to 6 inches) I then got told there was no chicken so I ordered turkey only to be told there's no cheese. He then put my sandwich in the toaster and burnt it to a crisp.. not slightly burnt or anything like it was cremated 🤣 so I asked for new bread. He then threw my sandwich in the bin huffed and puffed and then started to have ago at me saying how they are under staffed etc anyways long story short they had no salad I wanted or sauce or even the drink I wanted! Bad company and bad staff got severely hill with everything especially hygiene.

It was pretty poggers. Refillable drinks is the best. Came back 40 minutes later and still got a refill.

Ordered vegan patty, waited 20 minutes even though I pre-ordered and was just collecting, for them to just say it was out of stock. Poor customer service

Had an amazing Subway today! It was the best tuna melt I’ve ever had and I buy monthly from Subway ( not my usual store ) the guy behind the counter Callum was really helpful and polite. More stores could do with people like him! Brilliant customer service! Will return for sure 👌👍💪

I had mentioned the fly on the cheese and literally got told , what do you want? Like mate what is this. Is this a serious joke? Subway, where even the flys are fresh.
