We went to subway. She asked me what I wanted very quietly and then I answered and when I answered she ran away and didn’t even say anything back. Customer service is appalling

We ordered a TLC (tastes like chicken) and a veggie delight with a Gatorade and orange juice on Deliveroo. The veggie delight was dryer than an old lady and we just threw it away. Both came with no cheese even though we paid for extra cheese on both. The TLC came WITHOUT CHICKEN!!! And the Gatorade instead came as a Mountain Dew. We called them up and they said “it’s because we don’t have any of the vegan alternatives” and gave no reason for the drink. They never called us beforehand to say they didn’t have what we ordered. So most of what we paid for didnt come. They offered no refund and told us to enjoy our meal.

Slow service, why employ someone who's first language is not English? The English lad had to take over as the first couldn't understand us, we asked for our food to be heated, it was but was lukewarm, the tuna mayo wrap made my wife ill , the restaurant was filthy, but I don't blame the staff, there were 2 of them, rushed off their feet and probably paid minimum wage. Again I don't blame the staff but avoid this Subway. It's awful.

Saturday lunchtime... avoid. Slow service, queue hardly moves, due in part to Deliveroo lot effectively taking priority - some people gave up and left. Subway as a business need to experience this phenomenon as not just this outlet.

Absolutely disgusting soggy nachos missing items of order unqualified staff and no management available will never order from here again not even worth 1 star

Very poor service! Ordered through Just Eat! Items missing when delivered. Rang the store and got told they had "forgot" to put them in the bag. Offered to refund straight back to card. I declined and asked them to have the rest of the order delivered! Their response was "get a refund from Just Eat".
Drove (5 mins max! I'm disabled hence why ordering) to store, staff were dismissive and rude. Asked for items to be re-made fresh. Staff went out back while I was messaging partner and came back with the "fresh" items.
Got home, items had been re-heated in a microwave (Steak nachos! Those under topping were soggy while the outside ones were as hard a wood). My own sandwich (Italian meatfeast) was still warm but when I bit into it, the meatballs were warm on outside (from the marinara sauce) but stone cold on the inside.
Someone else in my house took them back and they were told by one member of staff (there were 2) that there was no management on site, they had no way to contact management and refused to give details of the complaint process to go to the franchisee. Second member of staff muttered that it was on the website. This is for Subway head office!
Do NOT eat here. They are one cold meatball away from food poisoning some one and I HOPE that it's not a small child or someone elderly.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, ESPECIALLY IF ORDERING FOR DELIVERY!

Was a bit dispointed was packing away 15 b4 closing but still made me a sub way all be it reduced choice

Wasn't impressed. Ordered a salad. Not much salad variety to pick from. The TLC 'meat' Wasn't kept in the fridge. Been to much better Subways.
