Solid place, solid service, not too crowded (from what I have experienced) but everything looks & feels used, its best days are definitely over.

If you’re hungry do not go to this Subway. Their portion sizes are terrible and when you ask them to fill up the bowl they say that’s what the amount should be. I’ve added photos from the official Subway UK site and what they actually gave me. Definitely not the same!
There is a perfectly good sandwich shop and M&S nearby so go there.

Very speedy staff, but arrogant rude owner/manager looks after certain customers more than others only subway who charge for utensils

Not happy. I walked in to collect my order from Uber eats to be told they don’t take orders? So why is the company on Uber eats saying I can buy and collect then when ive spent time travelling all of a sudden I can’t? Wasted money and time

Very bad would rate zero if it was possible the man closed the toilet when i need it apperantly they close the toilet 1 hour before closing thats stupid so i asked for a refund and he said we dont do refunds and i said well ill stand at the door and not let anyone order until i get my refund i soon got my refund dont waste your money here the mans very rude!

Went in today with a promotional voucher for a £3.99 sub. Told by a guy working there that they are not a participating store. Checked the terms which state that they ARE, only to be told that it's a printing error. Either way, very poor form of marketing. Don't post vouchers through my door if I can't use them in my area.

Really good food and I was served fast and efficiently. Staff we're friendly and open. Really pleased.

Terrible service, sub was cold and was only offered to put the whole thing in the microwave, salad included! Asked for a refund, refused.
Suggest they go on a customer service course!
I use subway all the time but avoid this one, suggest visiting the Simmons a few doors down!
