Pret A Manger

Unbelievable, I had to shout to order my drink and get some food. The music was so loud that the barista didn't understand what I was trying to order. Instead of being a cafeteria it looked like a disco. I couldn't even stay inside because of the volume of the music.

Distgusting toilets! Close the doors and clean them and put some toilet paper too ! That will be useful

You will find a Pret A Manger store everywhere in London like every 500ft. They provide foods for you to grab and go.
During our stay in London we always went to this store for breakfast.
I didn’t like their latte not even a bit just thrown it away after a slip.

I like this place a lot specially that they offer everything fresh and ready to eat.
They open early morning and close by 8.00 pm.

Service was so poor today 21st Jan at 2.30pm. I bought an overpriced(but lovely)Vegan baguette. Got to the till and the guy serving("curly", bleached hair, with and attitude) asked me if I was eating in or taking out. I said take out and he then charged £5.80. I asked him if he was sure and if he could double check as the price in the ticket was different and he looked at it and said "well you did buy the avocado and olive baguette, that is expensive". I then asked him to double check(again) and he did charge the right price which was just over £4. No apology, no nothing, just OK YOU CAN PAY NOW. I did say thanks and goodbye but nothing came out his mouth apart from "NEXT PLEASE". So cheeky of Pret trying to make couple extra quids here and there. I wonder how many ppl he tricked into paying more then it is. Does it even go into his pocket?! And if it was a mistake, it really costs nothing to say sorry. My baguette was lovely tho.

Very busy branch , couldn’t find space to sit so got a take away and sat in the park .
Staff very helpful and kind , service was very quick even though the shop was packed! Coffee was great and the chocolate croissant was very tasty and fresh.

Great busy Pret right next to Marble Arch. Nice view to the street from the upsters seating. Respectful fast service, relatively clean place. Love their turmeric latte, it is taste fantastic. By using my subscription have a several barista made drink from their selection every day.
