Subway

Where do i start?, so it's a cold winters day, working on the 27th of December...i know, blasphemy. Never the less here i am on the winter grind. I decided i'd like a subway for lunch, the Christmas break has got me feeling ever so plump so i wanted to bridge the gap between take-away and a healthy solution.
I stumble into this subway on my lunch, left at 1:30 had to be back by 2:00, and to my surprise there was a cue longer than a conga at your uncles wedding. Filled with the pickiest of mums, and one bloke from jaguar sturgees who decided to do an order for 7 people, yeah cheers john.

Wouldn't have been so bad if there wasn't only ONE person working....just one. to do 12 different subways, all in my time limit of half an hour? Not a chance!...She then runs into the back of the garage to get some ore steak...why steak is kept in the back of the garage and not the back of the subway is beyond me.

So i'm pottering away on my phone trying not feel stressed and i finally get to the front of the cue as the second bloke comes back from his lunch, no apology, no sort of remorse, just walts' back in and jumps on the till.

I'm completely appalled by his level of service, and why there was only two people on shift, one of which was on lunch during prime time...ridiculous.

OH, just to top it off, the syrup was gone from the fanta which i only found out when i got back work, cheers subway, from

If I could put zero stars I would!!! The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. The store shuts at 9pm as advertised online and on the shop window. I arrived at 7.23pm... as I walked in 3 guys walked out holding their subways. I went to the counter to order and before I could speak heard "sorry we're closed". Obviously confused I said "but you close at 9pm". To which the worker replied " it's changed, we close at 8pm". Again confused I reply "well it's not 8pm yet". The worker then changes this again and says they "closed at 7.30pm today". By this point I was getting angry at the level of ignorance. I said "it's 7.25pm so can you serve me please". At this point he said "we closed at 7.20pm today as no customers". I was baffled!!!! "I have just seen 3 customer leave and I am now a customer stood in front of you". With zero level of customer service skills the guys just said "sorry we're closed". I had made a special 5 mile journey just to pick up a subway and was welcomed with that!! Absolutely appalling. Don't bother going to this store as there is no guarantee they will be "open". I will not be using this store again!

This place Is jokes. No answers the phone. Deliveroo is rubbish here. They can't deliver the right order. You go there to sort the wrong order out and omg they still manage to get it wrong. They can't read the order to then prepare the correct order to bag it up right.

Terrible. Half the order missing, items that did come wrong. Took over an hour to come.

Ordered 2 subs. Got the breads mixed up. No major issue, just a little annoying.

DO NOT EAT HERE! A pathetic excuse of a subway. Neither of my sauces were included with the chicken bites. No jalapeños added to nachos which I requested. Next to no cheese on nachos. The quantity of salsa added was next to none. The nachos themselves taste stale. Bread very dry for both 6-inch subs. Clearly not fresh! ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL! They managed to mess up every single item ordered. Clearly the workers DO NOT CARE about their customers.

Gave this subway a five star for cleanliness and a good a sandwich however I change this as I went down and the woman charged me for a foot long meal deal but I only I and was served a foot long sandwich. Despicable unacceptable and will never use this sub again..

Food fresh and hot with a good selection of breads and toppings. There's some seats inside if you'd like to eat in.
