Great little friendly place but unfortunately very small so very limited range and short opening hours mean it's not possible to give a higher rating as you have to go during very specific times and must be open minded as to what you want because there is no guarantee any one item you had last time will be there again next time. What is available is always well made/cooked and served by friendly staff so worth visiting as a spur of the moment small lunch option.

Granny's sandwich shop provided the buffet for my little boy's birthday party!
The food was delicious with plenty of variety for all ages. Would definitely recommend!

By far the worst sandwich I have ever eaten. I rang up to pre order my lunch on French sticks and they happen to 'forget' to put them aside . Make me a completely different sandwich without telling me.

Top Quality sausage roll, better than Greggs. I also tried a black pudding scotch egg for the first time... very nice. Polite man at the counter even though I was on phone. Ill be back

Gone to pot. No choice and tiny sandwiches. The rolls aren't fresh but packet ones and one slice of ham does not warrant £3.50! This is in bilton village. Havent used grannys for a while and probably wont again now.

This is one of the most expensive sandwich shops I’ve ever been to (except London). I had one sandwich and one batch and it was £8+.
Very disappointed when I opened it to eat, the bacon was old and the egg was solid.

It's a nice place to pop in and get fresh sandwich/ pastry for lunch.

I love a visit to Grannies, a memory of my childhood, especially on a Saturday morning. Nice loaves, plain and fancy. Cream cakes, eggs, chutneys, coffee and freshly made rolls and sandwiches of all delights.

The owners are pleasant people and always nice to chat to if it's not too buzy..

You can ring ahead and order and they'll have things ready for you. If there's a special cream cake you want 'always' best to order to be sure they have them.

Enjoy.
