Served by male staff member who was polite and made sub ok.
Went to pay for food and drink and female staff member was helpful. However once sat down i heard female staff member offer a customer a loyalty card for coffee, she said the customer was a regular so she could have one. This to me is selective, not offered one when i was served? I can only assume i am not the right customer!

We had subs for lunch, the place was not too clean though, and they didn't supply ssrviettes. But when we asked for them, they apologised and gave them. It was at a very busy time and the subs were good and tasty.

We ordered sandwich platters from here for a small family event and they were prepared well and were ready for us when we expected them to be. Staff were helpful and informative and we would use this branch again for a similar event.

For me it's quiet, not as busy (not really a people person) and staff are friendly and helpful too, Though I do wish my sandwich was a teency bit hotter! It's a cosy small spot on a corner of a market high street, and also offer a delivery service too via justeat! Aswell as a mobile order point. It is what it is, Cosy, Quaint, Good food!

Uber cancelled my order and claimed they could not find my address. I called the store and received fresh food with a few extras within 10 minutes, really impressed thank you so much

Good quality food, a little bit pricey. Staff are fine. Seats could be more comfortable, not much space inside. Queue builds up quite quickly

Wish I could rate zero stars! The manager pj is very rude and put the phone down on me when I called to complain about the lack of sauce on the sand which. Though the slogan was have it your way, guess not. Appalling.. do not shop here
