I never was a fun of Subway. It all looks cheap to me, cheap mean not very healthy. They never got the rolls right. It is always something wrong with crust. Where the rest is too soft. Ingredients are not great neither. This time I decided to go for salad box. It was bad. Tasteless salad and fridge cold chicken all covered by awful sauces. Why I give 3 stars if the company deserves zero? Only because the guy who was serving the food, was really nice, hardworking man, on his own and really tried to do the best, but he could not because the management does not give a sod.

Suggested hours not correct, went in from the train station for a quick bite at 23:55 and the server said they were closed despite the shop being open. Understandable to be closed at this time on a Sunday but it shouldn't be advertised as open if it isn't open

This store is way too hot to be in more then 5 minutes! Don't know why it's so hot in there but it definitely need some air conditioning!

The woman that served me was one of the most miserable people I’ve ever met. The way she served me was like I was causing her a major inconvenience. The sandwich I ordered was just as bad. Asked for it toasted and the woman took it out the oven early and it was cold. It’s easily the worst subway I’ve ever been to.

Staff go the extra mile in this store! Kids dropped their cookies, and obviously kids being kids where upset. But the staff seeing this jumped in and replaced them, without me even asking. Thank you!

Got to be one of the worst subways I have ever been to The floor had puddles underneath the table with no wet floor signs There was only one more customer in the lack of staff knowledge with drink machine no gas coming out we have to the weight 15 minutes too we can get a drink with Dirty floors would not Recommend this one

I ordered from this store through Deliveroo and half of our meal did not come despite all the items missing were in a deal. Understandably mistakes happen but when we called the store to get sent the items to us the staff were rude, accusing us of having things we didn’t and ended the call on us mid complaint. Overall very unprofessional and poor customer service. Not pleased at all.
