I've never had a problem before when ordering a subway as I've been to plenty around the UK but this time the server was very rude and didn't give me what I actually ordered. I have read other reviews for this particular Subway and most of them are quite good so I'm assuming he was just having a bad day. I don't think that it was excusable as it was very quiet and I wasn't asking for anything extravagant. Hearing my server mutter things to his colleague whilst taking my order and then laughing loudly isn't really what I would call good customer service. Won't be going back unfortunetly.

Ate here as a Food and Drink Festival was taking place. A Very warm welcome as we approached the counter. I chose the Herb and Cheese 6 inch roll, with Chicken Tikka, with Cheese, lettuce, red onion, topped with Sweet Onion Relish. Very Tasty indeed.

The food is fine, the usual subway experience.... but the building inside is a bit grim. With current hygiene issues being at the forefront of everyone's mind, the toilets did not inspire confidence in the cleanliness of the place. Needs a makeover. Immediately.

Delivery service is the biggest rip off I've seen. Paper menu says that delivery starts from £10 but the website requires a minimum order of £15. Food turned up slightly warm. All usual items on menu are also much more expensive than they are in store

This Subway serves low welfare chicken. When Nando's, Greggs and KFC have all committed to improving the lives of chickens in their supply chains, why won't Subway? I can't see why I would spend my money supporting this kind of cruelty when I could take my custom to a company that acts more responsibly. Subway, sign the Better Chicken Commitment. Bad welfare is bad business.

Walked in 5 minutes before closing time. Asked if we could still order. Met with friendly staff that were only to happy to help and make our food. Made to feel welcome and that it was their pleasure to help us. Thank you for the great experience. Really will go back because of the customer service.

I wish i had gone to the toilet before i had ordered my food it was very dirty i dont think they have ever cleaned the toilet.. i actually felt sick knowing that i had eaten there. Just made me wounder what the kitchen would of been like
