Lovely place to stay especially for family's or large groups if you book the whole site you can play lots of games and we also had a bouncy castle for the day. The kids loved collecting the eggs from the chicken run. As its a working farm it can be a bit noisy at times. shepherds huts are comfy well equipped and lovely and warm with the heater on. The Safari tents however are very cold even with the log burner going. I feel that they would benefit from a couple of plug in radiators for those colder nights . Also the safari tents have minimal cooking options only a two ring hob no oven. OK you have a BBQ but you may not want that every day and if you are a large family on a budget you cant even cook a pizza. One other thing the towels provided are quite small so if you like a big towel bring you own. Overall had a great time .

Such a peaceful and lovely place to stay. I loved sitting in my garden area watching the chickens, pigs and sheep roam. Loved my delicious eggs! The shepherds hut was perfect and felt really spacious. Would definitely love to stay again.

Liked: The shepherds hit was clean, warm and comfortable. The owners went a long way to make guests feel welcome with little extras such a free cup cakes, milk and tea, marmalade, jam and bread etc in the fridge. We had a wonderful breakfast in the morning after a good night sleep.

Disliked: It was a bit small compared to our house but what do you expect, we are were staying in a shepherds hut.
No Wi-Fi but that was actually quite nice

We stayed in the Norfolk Horn shepherds hut and had a lovely time. It was warm, comfy and quiet. We had a lovely cooked English breakfast provided. Also provided was some fresh bread, tea, milk, jam, marmalade and some home baked cup cakes. The owners have gone a long way to make guests comfortable. I will use it again if visiting this area in the future. Thank you

We had a fabulous three day weekend to celebrate two 90th birthdays with four generations of family plus visitors. Perfect setting for us all with plenty of room. Bob and Helen were very easy going and friendly and we look forward to returning asap.

Liked: I chose this campsite because they were happy to take one night whereas lots of others wanted a minimum of two nights at the weekend. We really found a gem of a site. From the beginning, we were given plenty of information to make us feel welcome and prepared. We got in touch with the owners in advance and they answered our query about the cars very quickly and easily. The site seemed lovely and I'm only sad that we arrived in the dark so didn't get to see it in the daylight other than briefly as we left. I loved all the little details like loose leaf tea in the container and eggs and milk in the fridge. I was a bit worried about the bathroom as we hadn't seen any pictures in advance but I didn't need to worry as it was a very decent, small but therefore warm, bathroom which I felt was essential for a visit in November! It was such a nice space and I would love to come back again and sit out around the fire pit and watch the stars. It was a beautifully clear night and there is no light pollution but that did make it about 1C so we didn't sit out this time! The owners had obviously thought of lots of little touches as there was a torch and spare blanket in case we forgot our own, a little collection of games and a selection of cleaning bits so it really felt like a family home rather than a hotel which is exactly what we were looking for.

Disliked: I don't think there was anything that I disliked but if I am honest, I think I would have struggled with the space if I was there for a whole week. I would totally recommend the space/site for a short break away though.

Had a lovely one night stay away with my other half l, even in minus degree temperatures the hut was warm, cosy and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us, she did an amazing cooked breakfast delivered to our door at our chosen time in the morning. The hut was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Lovely Christmas touches and little cakes and jams in the fridge. Would definitely recommend.
