Excellent service over the phone and in person at the storage unit. Bryn went above and beyond to make it a lot less traumatising. Accommodating and helpful. Made the transition much easier with little paperwork and effort on my end. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service, under extremely stressful circumstances, Kamila was so lovely over the phone and in person, helping me think of absolutely EVERYTHING and going above and beyond to help me. She made the whole process go smoothly, which was not easy given the confusion and last minute notice - I called to reserve a unit at 11am and had my items moved in by 2pm! I couldn't recommend more. Called me straight away after I requested an online quote. Offered a good price and were extremely helpful at organising everything at short notice and being flexible about changing my unit size when I arrived as it needed adjusting. Three hours later all my stuff was in one of their units. Very helpful!

Booking, orientation and drop of of our belongings took less than an hour. Very helpful staff. Clean well organised facility. All underground which was surprising but felt super secure. Perfect experience.

Very misleading - only needed a week and they claimed that you had to sign up for 4 weeks and then would refund the amount when you checks out. Upon checkout they now suggest that they can’t refund. Avoid at all costs if you don’t want to spend the next few weeks chasing incompetent staff.
