Big Yellow Self Storage Croydon

Big yellow self-storage has different size units at a reasonable price. It is very secure clean—access 24/7. Quite a few parking spaces are on the premises.

We ordered a mattress bag for click and collect, and also wanted to enquire about storage unit sizes. Firstly, the click and collect was quick and seamless. Then, despite us stating that we were needing a unit in Nottingham, the lovely lady on reception clearly gave us the same amazing customer service that she would have given to someone wanting a unit in that Croydon branch. She happily took us upstairs, even showing us 3 different sizes as we couldn't decide which one we needed. She made our day with how chatty and bubbly she was. Unfortunately I didn't get her name, but we visited at around 14:30 on 01/10/22.

We recently moved from Manchester to Croydon and to say it wasn’t stressful would be a lie. We arrived around 4pm and called Big yellow about our unit at 4:27pm. Unfortunately we were unaware at the time that the last move in time was 4:30pm. So we rushed over as we had 3 full Luton vans needing to store our stuff. We were panicking as we may have been left with no where to store our stuff after the move.

Luckily Mark who worked there managed to get us in and access to our unit every know we arrived slightly late than hoped.
He saved us tremendous amount of stress and couldn’t thank Mark enough for being so accommodating.

Had everything moved in a few hours later and the move was done.

Nice clean place and fun people do business with. Plenty of big boxes available unlike the competition who have stopped selling them

No complaints except you better be prepared for the additional costs, the website doesn't really outline the true cost this only cone when you are about to sign a contract, but the staff here are the tops very helpful and understanding.

Excellent customer service provided by Paula at reception. It was a pleasure to deal with her.

Very clean storage unit and friendly staff who are always happy to help when they can.
