Both Customer Care Advisors were lovely - at least today!

I was shown the unit quickly , paperwork isn't complicated or unreasonable - would prefer to have a fixed price for a year rather than 6 months but not the end of the world. So far it is a good start of a new business relationship.

Really good until we emptied the unit and tried to end our contract on the day we had specified. Then were hit with a two weeks notice penalty charge that no one had ever mentioned. £135 for two weeks we didn’t need and didn’t ask for. Crooked.

Really great service provided by Fred. Fred was very helpfull and professional! Job done quickly (changing the locker took him just 2min).
I would realy recommend to choose this Storage.

Excellent service and facilities! First time using a storage company and Bret at Shurgard made our move super easy. His service was very professional and we were impressed by how well organized and secure the units are. Would definitely recommend and would use them again if we need storage in the future.

It was lovely to be treated like a real customer and the paperwork was easy to fill out. Bret showed me to my unit and was an excellent guide in going through all of what I had to do to gain access to the front gates, lock up unit and times of opening and closing. Lovely clean units and so easy to get into and exit.

Great all round service from Shurgard in Deptford in difficult circumstances. Following a fire at my block of flats in the pandemic, and now living in temporary accommodation a good distance from London, I had to arrange a removal from afar and Bret at Shurgard made sure everything was done impeccably.

From arranging a time to chat on the phone to determine what was required to assistance on the day including a walk round facility to make sure everything would work properly on the load in, Bret was immensely helpful and his assistance much appreciated.

Would recommend and will use again.
