Safestore Self Storage Dunstable

Albert at the Dunstable branch totally made this experience for me. He gave me the best customer service I have ever had (that is no exaggeration), and I'm the ripe old age of 51.

I have worked in customer service for decades, and if Albert came to me for a job, based on my experience with him, and his friendly and extremely professional attitude and work ethic, he would get said job. 👍🏻

The storage itself is great; secure, clean, and affordable, and the staff at Dunstable have been amazing, even going the extra mile at every turn in order to make my mission of moving so much better.

Many thanks, and please give Albert some sort of reward, or put him on an employee reward scheme for his attitude, his work ethic, and his 10 star customer service; you really do not want to lose this guy!

I have been a 'long-stay' customer of Safestore Dunstable for seven years now. The staff have always been well trained, welcoming, attentive and efficient. The premises are well maintained and improvements are regularly being made. They also make a nice cup of coffee.

From the get go the service was excellent, I had asked about the size of rooms and prices and the possibility of reserving 2 storage rooms. I informed the guys in reception that I was awaiting the go ahead from solicitors for a moving date before being able to actually give a fixed date.
They kept in touch and were fantastic help when I finally made the definite booking. The team at Dunstable were very friendly and helpful, big thank you to Basil, Ian and Aaron.
Would easily recommend using Safestore,
50% off for the first 8 weeks is a bonus. Easy access and free use of trolley's is brilliant.

Excellent! Even though they didn't have the right size unit available at the Dunstable store, they put me onto the Luton store and found a great deal for me. Very happy - thank you for all your help.

The storage was expertly cleaned and excellent service provided by the young man as administrator in efficiently setting up the agreement for me to sign.
There is a serious problem with lack of internet access and no wifi available at your office as your agreement demands access to documents stored on the internet for photo identification and proof of address. Ver poor status I'm afraid.

Rented a unit for about 16 months. Very professional, helpful and friendly throughout that time
