Amazing variety of clothing , I was getting kitted out for a wedding suit , the owner was so so helpful let me try on all different sizes until we got everything to match also his advice was gratefully received

They were good, had to put a few things in there for university. Only needed this for a few weeks as this was an eaiser option for me. Staff are nice.

Brilliant storage and very clean. All the staff are very helpful and welcoming, especially Jeff Banks. Fabulous service and nothing was too much trouble. We will be using Big Yellow Storage in the future.

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT service by Big Yellow Self Storage (Chester) Jeff Banks. Quick responses via email by Jeff Banks and his excellent service made a difficult situation into an extremely easy one. My son studies at the University of Chester, during the national lockdown he had to return home to Los Angeles. Since the University year is finished we had to find storage for my son's belongings and we are over 8000 miles away. Jeff Banks sorted it all out for us to have storage available, and was able to authorize University personnel to move my son's belongings into Big Yellow Self storage in Chester. A big worry initially but communicating with Jeff Banks made it all seem like we were actually there in Chester. Emailing was done at hours which suited both our time zones (us being 8 hours behind GMT). So all THANKS to Jeff for making it so easy and worry free. I am a business owner and good employees are extremely hard to find, Big Yellow Self Storage (Chester) count yourselves extremely fortunate to have someone like Jeff representing you, he is an asset to the company.

Very good storage in Chester. Much better for out of hours access, plenty of trolleys etc so very well set up. Not the cheapest option but probably the best locally.
