Staff were very friendly and helpful at a time when we needed to find storage for our belongings at very short notice. They always answered our queries and we felt that our personal items were always safe and secure. Access was 24/7 and it was always easy to park and bring items in and out of storage. Kat the manager really helped us when we were closing our account and made sure we knew what we had to do before signing everything off. We would definitely use Attic Storage again and highly recommend it to others who need to store personal items safely and need easy access 24/7 with friendly support from staff. Thank you!

Recently began using Bow storage from initial enquiry Stephen was great the service he provided was helpful and informative. Once I signed up the staff in house were very friendly. Kat was fantastic explained everything from start to finish about the storage and answered all my questions no matter how trivial, she made sure I was happy with everything before letting me get on with moving my stuff.
Definitely recommend Bow storage the lifts work perfectly, trolleys always available and lights are on all the time. There is ample car parking space. Also has customer toilets.

Able to book v easily online. Staff were in touch the next day and very easy to reach (we spoke with the lovely Kat). 'Check-in' was very thorough on the first day and it seems a nice atmosphere whenever we visit (which I never thought I'd say about a storage place!). Also 24 hour access which means no stresses about getting there before closing time

Kat and Raph are really helpful and professional.

Excellent storage facility, secure and safe, 24 hour access is excellent. Staff at site are extremely helpful, Kat, Bernardo, Raphael and Stephen are exceptional and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Price went from 85 pounds the one month to 104 pounds the next ,that's more than 20% price increase, I am done with this storage provider.
They don't notitify people with their constant increase(s) which seems to happen every 6 months from when I signed up with them.
In 2020 they charged me £65 ,now just under 2 short years it's £105,I have received better quotes from other providers ,will write a recommendation shortly.

Great staff - especially Katerina. Super helpful and efficient. It's not cheap, but the user experience is made so slick by staff like Katerina.

It can be overwhelming trying to choose a storage space. I chose Attic because Adina was so helpful on the phone and because the rates were very reasonable. I am so glad I did! The storage is clean, temperature controlled and secure - access is via an app which means you can access at any time. Everything was very easy and straight forward with no hidden extras. There is easy parking and trolleys to help move your things - I highly recommend.
