Went to purchase Zippo lighter. The staff appeared genuinely interested in helping with my purchase, making suggestions etc. I had it engraved and they made a great job and then filled it with fuel for me. Whilst I was waiting they were very friendly and chatted albeit remaining professional.

I needed a replacement pin for my watch strap - service at this branch was great. I've used Timpsons for watch batteries before and always find them great value for money.

The lad at the Timpson outside sainsburys was very helpful and got my shoes resoled in no time - pretty fair quality product also!
Didn't get a 5 star - I think it's is a bit pricey for what it is as a new pair of shoes would be cheaper but thought I would try it out.

brought two sets of shoes into the shop and im ashamed to say they were in a terrible state. Jordon did an amazing job restoring these to there former state. Highly recommend
