Fantastic service, fast, friendly guy that goes out of his way to do the best job possible. I took my shoes in for new soles as they had a hole in and noticed a Watch repair sign so asked if he could change my Tag Heuer battery too, he done the watch while I waited to my surprise as other repairs I had been too were saying 2 weeks. As for the shoes I picked them up a couple of days later and they were like new. Definitely be using him again.

If you ever need any repairs Shoe Care in Northampton is the place to go! Went to Goldsmiths about my Tissot watch as I needed a new battery however they were unable to get the back off. Took it to Shoe Care and with a little bit of patience they were able to take the back off my watch and replace the battery. Running like clockwork now! Thank you :-D

I had two Toyota keys cut and one for a Volkswagen using my own blanks. The Toyota keys were both cut very roughly and were not finished with a file or wire brush like other key cutting shops do, consequently neither key would work until I had spent a while filing off the rough edges and swarf myself. The VW key (which cost £12.95) profile looked completely different from the original and did not fit at all, I returned the key to the shop, the man in the shop was arrogant and dismissive, saying that was how his machine had cut it and there was nothing more he could do, even though I pointed out the obvious visual difference (which looked as though the blank had not been inerted far enough into the machine).
I hate leaving negative reviews for anyone, but this sloppy workmanship combined with the staff members' arrogance was really disappointing, and if it was possible to leave zero stars I would.

I visited the shop for the first time on the 3/06/18, I was disgusted on how I was treated by the staff (skinny white kid about 5ft 8 or 9) he was very rude in every way you can think off, no customer service what so ever, because he was lazy to do my work he literally just told a big fat lie that the work was against their policy, all I asked for him to do was to cut my belt and put a hole and he told me he won't do it because the company dont allow cutting of belt, he is a racist bastard, that picks which customer to serve. I personally think he is creating a bad impression on the company, he wasn't willing to help the customer at all, in any way, all he did was told lies and swearing at customer. So anyone visiting should be careful, cus you might end up getting angry n maybe beat him up.

Went for a watch battery and it appeared that it wasn't just the battery which was a problem. JOE got the battery done in no time and i paid for it but the other problem would take an hour to fix!! Went back an hour later and the problem fixed for which I wasn't charge for!! Thanks JOE

The assistant went over and beyond to help me. I needed shoes fixed for a wedding next day, and he creatively solved the problem right away, and did an excellent job.

Excellent service today with a watch glass repair,no hesitation and an excellent price. And I will add we had enquired at the jeweller's in the centre and met with a barrage of questions and hesitation to repair my wife's watch and a week plus turnaround ?
