Unless service, needed something polishing, got sent to Cribs Causeway to the other store just to be told they don’t do it… wasted time!

For the second time I have had the wonderful people repair my shoes and when I offered payment said "it's only a bit of glue"
I would like to thank you for the excellent service and amazing ethics of the company. It's a breath of fresh air to have a shop that actually genuinely cares about their customers more than what's in their wallets.

Great service lovely bloke very polite and helpful would use this store again

So I go in on a Monday lunchtime to get a metal watch strap for my Father-in-law's watch. He hasn't got one. Fair enough. But he can order one which will be a few days. £21.00
That's fine. I have a fortnight before I will see my Father-in-law again.
He takes my phone number.
A week later I call him. He doesn't know what's happened though I suspect he forgot to order it. Again, fair enough. I've done the same thing in my line of work.
Following Friday still not called me.
I go for lunch in Clifton Village and spot a jewelers.
5 minutes I have a strap fitted. £12.00

Excellent service and really super people.

It is not 24 hours and shuts before 6pm! Very disappointed
