Totally overpriced in comparison to other Timsons, when questioned price was told if the other store can do cheaper go to them!! The difference was £20. No customer service & won’t be returning.

Terrible service! One key hasn't been cut properly and didn't work, other one couldn't be cut because they can't undo the screw! I was not able to pay cash! I would not recommend and will never use again!

Conner was so helpful had no problems in ordering my trophies and turn up in it for my golf day

Very rude…Paid £85 for a lifetime battery to be put in my watch, just came back from the store after being accused of being a fraudster, when I purchased the battery they didn’t put the serial number on the receipt.
So the assistant has just accused me of being a fraud he also refused to correct their error by putting the serial number on the receipt.
Feel very insulated.
