I brought in my pair of desert boots that I was wearing as the heel had fallen off of one of them. Not only did he repair the broken heel, but he also touched up the other one so that they were both fit and ready to be worn, saving me from having to buy a fresh pair, all in under 10 minutes. Impeccable service and would definitely recommend to anyone needing a similar service!

Incredible! My shoes died mid work experience, we go and get them repaired takes minutes and the lovely chap didn't charge us! A credit to timpsons!

I tried to get my key cut here. It didn't work the first time, so I came in again the next day, but that still didn't work. I came in a third time (same week, same guy) and was refused a refund because I'd lost the paper receipt. Got the key cut elsewhere for cheaper than what I'd paid for two non-functioning keys at Timpson. Disappointing.

Generally a decent shop, not cheap and one of the keys didn't work. However as promised the guy did it again and all good. Tight little place wouldn't go here after a big lunch, get stuck in the doorway

Excellent customer care and service from these guys. I had a pair of shoes re-soled whilst waiting, and some excellent advice which resulted in them sending a pair of very expensive boots off to have new Dainite soles installed for me. Highly recommended and great guys to chase the breeze with for 10 minutes!
