Great service, I have had my shoes and other leather items fixed by Lorenzo who owns this cobblers in Richmond. Plus key cutting. He is a friendly person and always super helpful, and his work is of an excellent quality. Highly recommend. Best cobblers in Richmond for sure!

I had a fairly unusual request - to cut a hole in my new cricket boots. Having emailed several cobblers who had all refused to take the job on, Lorenzo at Cobblers & Keys was the first positive reply I received. He cut the boots exactly as I'd wanted and all in the space of a couple of hours, for just £20. Couldn't recommend enough.

I couldn't ask for a better service. The gentleman who's always there is very friendly and professional. He replaced the soles on my motorcycle boots quickly and for a very good price. He also made amazing work of my significant others second hand (but expensive brand) posh black shoes, of which I was in good graces for (thanks Lorenzo). I sincerely can't recommend enough! All while being cheap!

I am not happy at all. I went to collect my shoes this afternoon. I didn't have the time to check these. The shoes are not completely repaired as requested (the front has still a hole). The heels are fine though. Don't think it is worth 38 pounds. Will have to go back tomorrow to make it fix!

This guy fixes shoes that other cobblers would run a mile from! And all done with a big smile. Excellent!

Great experience. Honest guys. Always willing to go extra mile for customers. They stretched a pair of shoes for me TWICE! no charge for second time. Had a sole coming off and he told me a quick and easy fix over the repair which I could not afford.

What a brilliant find! Super helpful, professional, friendly service and very reasonable prices…. Much cheaper than big chains. Had a few belts shortened…. So happy with the result.
