Totally ruined my shoes. I contacted Timpsons as they were an expensive pair of boots, I had. They asked me to send them to them investigated and admitted liability issued me a refund for £350. Kept the boots. They were irreplaceable. I will never use this shoddy outfit again.

One of the most arrogant person working in the shop Jose. The company wants to do business by being a hub for parcel collection and doesn't understand simple logic of paperless. Wants to sell me envelope to send parcel. Jose cancelled my parcel and asked to take it somewhere else saying he doesn't work for couriers.
Well done Timpson. Maybe train staff some manners.

Says it opens at 8.30, come to collect my parcel before work and its still closed at 8.45. Will now probably miss my parcel as the next time I'm able to collect, it's closed all day. Not good at all.

Shop closed during lunch time returned same day 4:50 lights were off but doors opened but told by staff member who was cashing up its 5pm and we’re closed :(

I went into Timpsons today for help with my watch.
I needed a pin putting into my strap. I had been to another branch in Leicester and had no luck with my adjustment.
I was so so pleased with my visit today as I got my watch mended. Never thought it would be done. Thank you so much to the kind helpful young man who helped me today. Your a star.
