Took my phone in with cracked screen was told it would take 7 to 10 days to repair.
I called in 10 days later and was told the new part had arrived broken , at that I asked for my phone to be returned this took 5 days to get it back .
Think twice before using this poor service company

Had boots reheeled - ugly job, rough leather and nails everywhere, but functional. Two weeks later, on holiday and one heel falls off completely. Shoddy workmanship, very disappointed.

Rang them up at 2.30pm in the hope to hire a rug doctor, asked what time they shut, 4pm.
Arrived at 3.40pm to be turned away as the member of staff working there had just locked it in the safe and was told tough luck!
Would not recomment to anybody.
Complete waste of time

Took my Shock in for a new battery, Sam the manager put the battery in returned it uncorking and refused to do anything about it, the antithesis of good customer service

£8 for 1 key cutting that took less than 2 minutes to make. Very expensive rip off said I could have 2 keys for £12.00 REALLY!

Fantastic customer experience with Adam yesterday. Lovely manner, personable without being over familiar, diligent, made great recommendations about watch care. Absolutely lifted my day!

Tried to fob us off. Gave us wrong price then tried to say there has been a price increase. Too busy on his mobile
Went to another branch who shown ur price list and said this branch was wrong.

Partner just been in to have shoe heel repair this am. Described a somewhat pompous individual who claimed they were not repairable. Went to Cobblers in King Street and they will be ready first thing tomorrow tomorrow morning! Avoid
