Been to TImpson two times for keycutting service.
In the first time the gentleman kindly offers to copy 2 keys for me, as I told him that i've tried to copy the same key at 2 other stores but none of them worked.
Unfortunately it failed this time as well, so I went back the next day, and this professional gentleman replaced it with another prototype. Finally it works as magic! It's a little bit more expensive than those 'drycleaner-keycutters' but definitely worth the price

I had the Key cut in Richmond, the key doesn’t work, I’ve had it trimmed in Twickenham, still doesn’t work. It’s taken a large amount of my time at work to try and get this key fixed and it’s bad for business. After trying to get the key recut (with a receipt) in Twickenham I was told no. Not impressed.

Very very poor service from this branch- I popped in to have a watch battery changed, the chap managed to break something internally within the watch while doing the work- he apologised and said he would send it off for repair, free of charge and it would be sorted within 2 weeks... no major problem so far, mistakes happen.. However, after 3 weeks I had heard nothing... so I called, very unhelpfully there was no new information. 6 weeks later, I had heard nothing- this time I went into the branch to be told again there is no update, I just have to wait... around 2 months later I went into the branch again, getting extremely fed up at this point- the guy seemed confused and after looking at some documentation pulled my watch out from under the counter... who knows how long it would have been there if I hadn't gone in and asked - extremely poor service and literally zero communication- my advice is avoid at all costs.

Very helpful staff. Prompt and efficient service. Even went the extra mile to find out cost for replacing a metal strap. Called me back the next day and have me a quote although in this instance I didn't go ahead with it I really appreciated the initiative.. 5 stars
