Great quality and service - going above and beyond to repair my wife's high heels.
I use his service for 2 years now, and he brought back all our shoes back to glory.
New location makes the access so much easier and more interesting (for the ones loving beautiful cars).
True professional service which is quite rare nowadays

My resoled and much loved Red Wings arrived by courier yesterday and I couldn't be happier with them, a fantastic job.

A master of his craft. Had French tips and vibram sole protectors installed on a pair of Jm Weston moccasins. Very happy with the result. I will be back with many more shoes! Cheers

2 x pairs of Red Wing Chukka’s given a new lease of life with these awesome Vibram soles. Highly recommend dropping them in or posting, you will not be disappointed! 😃⭐️👏🏻

I first met Jon when he was working out of the Dry Cleaner's on Brentford High Street and gave him dozens of sets of keys to cut and pairs of shoes to fix over the course of a few years. When we were opening The Factory (Duke of London's then new home on Catherine Wheel Road) I begged him to come on board as I was in awe of his talent and workmanship. Fast forward almost four years, it has been an incredible journey and I still used Jon's services weekly, predominantly for repairs of shoes for both my partner and I: Louboutin heels (they're hers, honest), Gucci loafers, Crocketts, Red Wings etc. and he always does a phenomenal job.

A true local artisan who deserves every success and protecting at all costs! Brentford would be worse off without him

John‘s work is 2nd to none! I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my shoe repairs along with other helpful services provided. I’ve given him a bundle of items to repair over the years that I thought were too far gone and he seems to make them better than they were from new. An incredibly talented gentleman in one of the most vibrant venues in London (Duke of London). Would highly recommend for anyone, even if you aren’t local! Thank you for always taking so much care

The workmanship was great and my boots are like new again! The only slight downfall is the communication and slight lack there of... They took quite a while to be repaired and I would have appreciated being told that. But other than that, the price and finish are both great!

Used to be my go to place as he always does a great job. But since moving to the new location I have never seen him open, his opening hours are inconvenient for people with a regular job and when I made a special effort to go down during the advertised opening hours, still no sign of him and another lady was also looking for him. I'm sad that I think I may need to find another cobbler as no matter how good you are, if you are never there it's not feasible to carry on supporting the business.
