Since I moved to Reigate I have been to Jackson’s for getting spare keys cut and have taken my dads shirts there for laundry/dry cleaning which has been a big help to him. I also had a situation in the summer where my door would not lock and Ray came straight out and sorted out a new lock - you would not get a better service anywhere else. Brought in a pair of boots that we thought were beyond repair. Ray replaced the soles and heels, polished them and mended all the splits for only £45. They are as good as new. If I’d have bought a new pair it would have been 5 times a much. A life saver.

Best shoe menders in Reigate! I thought my heeled boots were as good as gone since the back of my leather heels were in such a state, but I took them to Jackson's Quality Shoe Repairs and Ray did such a brilliant job on what was quite a complex job, they look as good as new. Ray was also very professional, offering advice on how to fix them and finished the job in just a couple of days! I also appreciated the little finishes as Ray polished the boots for me, making them look as good as new. Took in a really nice pair of soft leather boots that my dog had taken a bite out of. My wife and I thought they were written off but they were such nice boots and difficult to replace so we gave it a go. Raymond did an astonishing job of repairing them. He is a true artisan. Given the damage inflicted by our dog, the repair is almost invisible. Incredible. Thank you Raymond.
