Great people at Swadlincote Timpsons, so helpful, thanks to Sandra and the other sales assistant whose name I did not catch.

Took my quilt in this morning and woman was lovely...she said wait couple of days to get back.... got a text this afternoon to collect well impressed how quickly they did it 😃

Had everything we wanted.

Can't look at the wedding dress as it's bad look,but my fiancée's face said it all😖😖😡😡😡
Was told it would be ok and hung up on a rack out of the way, she has taken photos straight away as she was nearly in tears due to it looking more creased up than when she took it in!!!

I unfortunately had an accident and got lots of blood on my suit, the lady at Timpsons was amazing she cleaned my suit so well it looked like new, she was brilliant

Ruined my suit! Burnt plastic or solvent permanently marked the front of my suit jacket. Only worn once and needed for my son's wedding. Go elsewhere for safe dry cleaning.

Timpson Swadlincote (inside Morrisons) did not clean my suit which I returned within an hour showing the assistant that the suit had ingrained mud on the jacket and trousers the same as it had been brought in 2 days earlier. The assistant said it had been left somewhere which explained it's condition and that it was only lint bits. I showed her that it wasn't and she agreed to clean it again. Upon picking it up we checked it and it had been cleaned this time despite the assistant again saying it had only been lint. I had to ask the assistant to apologise, I was not offered any sort of recompense for my extra travelling and time. I will not be using Timpson again for my Dry Cleaning. Paying £14.50 for a Suit not to be Cleaned etc is not acceptable.
