An initial telephone call - handled courteously by Dan - verified batteries were available for two car key fobs. Dan was available to fit the batteries within a matter of minutes. Excellent service from an extremely helpful individual. Dan deserves immense praise.

I had to return 4 times but the copies produced still didn't work and he said he wasn't willing to keep trying, to add insult to injury no refund offered never mind compensation for the time and petrol used going back and back again!!
I'll never ever use Timpsons again. I'm a landlord with 8 properties and I spent around £80 on this visit.
I've used Timpsons in Morrisons in Crewe many times and no problem that wasn't solved in one visit.
Unbelievable bad service and lack of concern about the water £16 on keys and time and petrol. Disgusting
