Do not go to this store with shoes - I took in a pair of boat shoes to be re-soled, and not only was the wrong sole put on, but they weren't stitched, nor stuck with the correct glue. As a result, they came apart within days. And had I not taken them back for a refund, they would have charged £52 for almost ruining a pair of shoes. A proper cobbler took a look afterwards and was horrified.

The owner and workers are unbelievably incompetent. Made a copy of my key and I told them it doesn't even look close to correct, they simply asked me to try it. Went back to the shop after trying the lock (didn't fit), they made another copy, also didn't look right, and made jokes about me enjoying mt trips back and forth. Key also didn't fit. Tried going back a third time, but the owner threw me out, said it wasn't his problem. Unbelievable! Customer service is non-existent. Wish I could give less than one star...

Base on the attitude of company Timpson, you would think they were building you a house not cutting a key with a glorified file. They would not cut a very good quality "dealer blank" that they don't stock, or would every stock! They said that "it would break in the lock" (based on what??) "Could not provide a warranty" (I don't want one) So typical of the "the computer says no! - attitude" that cripples customer service in England! !! Grow-up!! Understand that while you have passing trade, more and more people that browse internet reviews will realise that the customer service comes first. (get a customer to sign a waver form!!!)

I went to an independent in Andover who cut the key.. worked perfectly, no fuss, no issue!

I was so impressed by the service here! My boots were repaired perfectly, professionally & swiftly (as I had to race off to catch a plane shortly after). I'm still blown away with how effortless the young guy made the whole process! Much appreciated!!!!!!

Took my watch here to be serviced. Was sent off to the main repair centre in Wolverhampton.
Came back not running as I'd wished. I returned to store and the issue was corrected hassle free.

Reasonable serviceable, although I was disturbed with the derogatory comments regarding jewellers replacing batteries! Expensive: probably not an experience I will rush to repeat!!!

Barrie was very very helpful and fixed my watch strap in a matter of moments. Very dog friendly.
