I have always received great service here for shoes and watch batteries. The staff are friendly and great at their job.

went to get 2 watch batteries fitted total cost nearly £22 .

Very unhelpful- when asked about a repair, responded " I wouldn't know what to do with them, I wouldn't know what to do..." black leather Chelsea boots- nothing unusual. Wouldn't bother going if you need anything cobbler related. Don't want to give even one star.

Had a poor experience at another Timpson branch, so this one was a breath of fresh air.

Went in at 5:10pm (should be open until 6) to ask for a key to be cut and got sniggered at and told ‘it’s collection only on Thursdays and Fridays’…if that’s actually IS the case there was no sign to say that, but it was pretty clear the guy couldn’t be bothered. Rude and unhelpful, go elsewhere.

Caleb was fantastic in serving us. He was so friendly and kind. Keys were cut efficiently and it seemed to be one of the first people I’ve been served by in a very long time that actually cared about customer service. Thank you!
