Lovely staff! I took my toddler for another pair of doodles and came out with 3 pairs that were in the sale :) My teen was unable to find shoes to fit her wide feet due to there being so little stock and dated styles for girls. We were advised to try online which is great

Fantastic store with super helpful salesperson. Safiyah was brilliant and tried so hard to find shoes that were a perfect fit. Mum must have tried on 16 pairs until we found two pairs that were really comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble and we can't thank her enough. Five star service! 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

I wanted to exchange a pair of shoes that I had bought for my daughter. Jane, who served me was extremely helpful and the service provided was great. Jane made sure that we walked out of Clarks with a pair of shoes that fit my daughter really well. Thanks Jane!

Visited the store at one of the busiest times of the year. The manager was visible and was meeting and greeting with her clipboard in hand. Zoya was absolutely brilliant with my 10 year old and I would say that she provided the best fit we have had in 10 years. Zoya had character and was quick and efficient and cared about her customer all throughout the appointment. Zoya asked my child his name which was a nice ice breaker and there was very little waiting around. We were walked over to the shoe range and the staff member stayed with us whilst we chose upto 3 pairs before we narrowed them down. Nice to see a good level of stock availability - even amongst the postal strikes.
