Went in with a fat, spicy avocado stain on my Nike TN's (that were bought elsewhere) looking to buy some crep protect wipes or something along the lines to try remove the stain. Girl at the counter told me not to bother and instead offered to take my shoe downstairs where she would try and get it out herself. She spent about 10 mins trying to get the stain off (which she got the majority off) and came back with the shoe. Asked for no payment. Tried her best and went the extra mile! Amazing service!

Walked in with my girlfriend, we were the only ones in the store and there was about 5-6 staff members. They were all hovered around the till having a chat. We walked around the whole store and not one them even looked at us once, nevermind asked us if we needed anything related to what they're paid to do. Stealing for a living. I love Size but they always employ rude and unhelpful staff members who could not care less about the customer or their job.

Went to the shop and all 3 members of staff were chatting to a mate. I asked for help but the response from staff was “you have to go to carnaby for that” and he rushed to continuing with the chatting. Very poor customer services, staff not bother in making business.

I called and ask to reserve a pair, they told me that they are holding it for me and when I came to pick up the pair from Croydon to Camden then they told me that they can not find the box, so why are you telling over the phone that yes come and its been reserved for you?

Such a lovely young man Emmanual serving in the shop. Excellent customer service deserves a pay rise, wish all shop staff were like this, well done , Camden size this was.

Nice service. Everybody super cool, except the manager, I don't know why but not even a smile we got, even though we were being really nice, when we left we said bye and thank you to him, he just pretended he didn't hear it, next time try to be more friendly men, you don't pay to be nice, its free 😉
