Staff are incapible of anything and are rude the shoe's are extemily tacky and fall aprate in like 1 month and going to buy a new one just go ti marks and spencers

The manager of the store Karen is rude, unpolished and impolite. She has NO customer service skills in handling customers needs or requests. This is the worse service I have every in counted in my 15yrs of retail experience. Left shaken and annoyed, I made a call to customer services in Leicester to complain. Hopefully this is not unnoticed!

Brilliant customer service couldn't find my daughters shoe size in the shoes I wanted. spoke to staff they ordered them from the warehouse and had them sent to my home address free of charge x

Poor customer service, poor wearing school shoes, it's the saying you get what you pay for also if my kids continued wearing shoes from here I would have had to buy them at least 10 pairs each to last the school year definitely shop else wear for kids school shoes

More often than not I have had to return shoes because they've fallen apart. On the plus side the staff are friendly and seem to expect returns.
