Good service, offered fitting but they did not have the boots we needed. Good result the next day, one happy granddaughter.

My daughter was more than happy with her new trainers and got a student discount , great store , friendly and helpful staff , great range of shoes of all types.

Expired offers still advertised with poor service from ill-equipped staff

Helpful shop assistance albeit a bit of a slow process when ordering shoes as not all sizes available. Delivery of orders very speedy.

The shop has terrible customer service. While you can find something you like in the shop, if something goes wrong (size of the shoes etc), they don't change or give you refund for the shoes; so be careful before you purchase something from this shop. You won't get any refund if you wore the shoes even once and even if they are in good condition and you return the shoes within 12 hours.

Inconsistent customer service.
Came into the store in colchester thinking they would be able to give me another pair of converse as my shoe had a rip on the side and holes inside the shoe (recently bought). They said it was not a manufacturing issue so I was not given another shoe. However, someone I know has been given a new shoe for the exact same reason as me not once but twice. Very unfair decision made by the staff and they didn’t try to find any other solution.

Really pleased with my service at Schuh on the 11th November , I ordered my mum converse for Christmas and they were too small for her . Went into the colchester store yesterday and the lovely girl who was in there was really helpful and ordered a new pair with delivery included - the right size arrived earlier today never been so happy with the customer service !! Excellent .
