The customer service at this branch is excellent. I'd give it 6 stars if I could. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The only problem is that the shoes are nowhere near as good as the customer service!

If you want excellent customer service - hands down this branch will give you the best service.

I was very disappointed with the way the sales lady tried to trick me in buying my boots!!! I was told she only has the one set in my size and it was originally kept for another customer.... mmmm that put me right off! I wear a size 3 and those boots ate just under £400.... what child would have THAT kind of money!! Plus, as we walked up Oxford street I saw so many of my boots , in my size at other Russel&Bromley shops!! I decided to wait and get them later, hopefully the assistant will not try and trick me again.

Went in on Sunday 28 July to buy shoes. At least six advisors standing around the till doing nothing. My friend and I were not acknowledged no hello nobody offered us assistance. Only when I said out loud that I was disappointed that nobody had offered us assistance given how many people were standing around doing nothing did a helpful male sales assistant spring into action. Wouldn’t hasten myself to go to their shop again given each time I go I leave £500 lighter. The only reason I didn’t spend a penny this time is because nobody offered the service. I think they see black people and think we don’t have money to offload. Think again.

Great customer service - friendly and efficient. However I bought my girlfriend some new shoes yesterday and am due to give her them today. Quickly checked the shoes over and it seems as though they have already been worn. Disappointing especially given they are a present.

not really happy with the customer service when I was picking up the shoes that i've ordered. She wasn't really friendly and showing that kind of face like she didn't get paid for work. (it happened when i was there in April)
