If you need a good pair of durable shoes and bags this is the place for you. Here quality is not compromised, you get value for money. They've got range of shoes for male, female and kids as well. The service in this particular shop is good, the environment is cool and the shop is well stocked. You can get very comfortable shoes for adults here but not trendy and high fashion shoes.

Rude young female attendant. They are supposed to close at 7 pm. I arrived at 630pm and the shutters were part way down and I was told by this girl they are closing in 10 min. No way to treat customers!!!

Not a very large store but has a good selection of footwear and other items for both adults and kids.
I went to see if I could exchange the boots I purchased online for a larger size.
I could which was fantastic. They had the same boots in the size I required and it was great that I didn't have repurchase online.

I would definitely recommend this store. The assistant was ao helpful.

Very helpful sales assistant. Shoes I was interested in wasn't available in store, so she ordered them so I could make up my mind, if I wanted them or not

Just before entering the shop I was thinking to myself that I’m so lucky have a Clark’s near my home but that feeling didn’t last long. I was about to get in and while I was just on the door way the female shop keeper started to close the door on my head, even if she didn’t let the door down fully, she could have the curtesy to say excuse me. Also, my daughter was on the trolley and some shops allowed us to bring the shopping in, I truly appreciate the rules and I understand if it’s not allowed inside, but the same woman said on my face ‘ please can u leave the trolley outside FOR HEAVENS SAKE!!!’
I was honestly very hurt at this behavior. I lost all my interest in buying a shoe and I left. 😭

I usually have a good experience with Clarks but not this time at Surrey Quays branch. We just left a comment about shoe sizes that seem to be different from brand to brand and then apparently it made the salesperson upset and he started to lecture us with a bit of anger that Clarks is a Company and the UK is a country and bla bla bla... it was humiliating to some extent especially that he already knew were not from the UK. I felt uncomfortable and it was really disappointing. Even when I called the branch to speak to the guy, he was still in the same shoes saying he was just answering the question that we never actually asked. Mentioning many times that his reaction made us feel uncomfortable in front of everyone else in the shop, a slight sort of apologies or sympathy would have been helpful and kinda expected from a company like Clarks, and just said he would change his approach in the future maybe just to hang up the phone. Also, he seemed to be a bit upset when we were asking about the shoes in EU size.

Very disappointing and surprising from Clarks., perhaps the management needs to be pickier about the staff they put on shops during pick time.

Not a good shop we had today at the branch..
