DEICHMANN

I'm not a shoe connoisseur by any means but called in here to get some slippers for my daughter for Christmas. I found the perfect style but not the right size, at this point a young gentleman came up and offered assistance. He checked the computer and found they had the right size (one pair) out the back. He promptly went and found them for me. All the while he was polite, cheerful and happy to answer my questions. He made shopping at Deichmann a pleasant experience.

The shop was clean and well stocked with a wide range of shoes and accessories.

Worth a visit.

Went to buy a sleeper for my son. Had to ask the lady staff twice for the pair to try. Two staffs busy talking to themselves. I would have walked out if my son hadn't wet his shoes in his nursery. I would have got great approach and help while selecting at boots. This is the first and last time in Dichmann for me. The good thing was today my kiddo behaved well despite his autism in the store.

5 pairs of kids school shoes I bought from here literally fell apart within a month of use. Two pairs were kindly replaced for me by a member of staff but I won't bother again. Can't fault the staff but the shoes are the worst quality.

The young, talented, customer focused team here have been exceptional 🤌 Big shout out to the dancer. This guy knows his stuff, so helpful, I am in 99% less pain after meeting this guy, his recommendations. He should be a doctor!!! Also the young lady who I think is the manager has been top notch, very kind individual. This is how customer service is done. 5/5 for sure, well done guys. 👏

I visited this shop this week as I was looking for some trainers for my son. The shop was busy, but I have been assisted by lovely staff who helped us and advise about different types of trainers. We had the proper size and at the till we have been served quickly by another kind and helpful staff (I am not good with the names sorry - tall blond hair girl wearing glasses). She had offered us extra products such as shoes deodorant and making them waterproof, which was very useful for us and we happily purchase this). I mostly shop online but after this experience I will become your regular customer. Thank you once again, you made my shopping experience (with 10 year old) very pleasant and less stressful than ever. Your positive attitude and great customer approach made my day. Thank you - 5 star recommendation from me.

I have just had a very unpleasant experience in the Folkestone shop whilst attempting to return a pair of shoes for my 90 year old mother.
The shoes in question were too small for my mother, due to her severely swollen feet. I was told when I purchased them the other day that I would receive a full refund if they proved to be too small and not worn.
So I went into the store to explain the situation and was basically told that the shoes had clearly been worn due to some scuff marks on the sole. I tried to explain these marks must have already been on the shoes when I bought them
as my mother couldn't even get her toes into the shoes let alone walk around in them.
The assistant didn't believe me an effectively called me a liar and refused to give me a full refund, only a credit note. I asked to see the Manager who was just as brusque and inconsiderate and just confirmed that the shoes had clearly been worn and only a credit note would be offered.
I was made to feel like a master criminal all in all a very unpleasant experience. I will certainly not be returning to the store anytime soon.
If I could I would award -5 stars for their service and aggressive attitude I certainly would.

I would like to say thank you to Jess who served me and my daughter on 31.july! She was really lovely and helpful to measure my daughter foot and found the right size of wellies with Peppa pig!!!!
