Lovely shop with lovely staff

The manager is very rude, he barely speaks English and also he does not treat his own staff well, so how he can treat the customers good. I had a very bad experience few days ago when i saw him laughing on some customers, he tried to making fun of them which ended up with an argument with them.
Please change ur staff
