Pavers Shoes

Have to say, I'm started to head straight to Pavers now when I want good, decent, comfortable and stylish footwear that will last. Had 3 pairs of boots so far and they fit like a glove immediately. No 'wearing in time' needed. Also, I'm a b*ggar for ordering lots of pairs to try as I have odd sized feet, and the sales man and woman I've seen each time couldn't be more helpful and polite when I need to collect them and return them. Never had an issue.

Absolutely disappointed with this shop. My son is really fussy with shoes and was recommend this place for good quality shoes. We went to buy school shoes and I was really pleased with the fact he liked a number of shoes. Being on the spectrum he is highly sensitive to touch so shoes have to be really comfortable. Four months later the Velcro stopped working, I couldn’t understand how this could happen on a £70 pair of shoes. Took them back to the shop and was told he was wearing them wrong. How can you fasten Velcro shies wrong??? Got them repaired at the cobblers, but point is they would not acknowledge these where not fit for purpose, and offer to resolve the problem. Wouldn’t recommend this shop.

Very helpful staff. Spent a lot of time with me making sure I got the best shoes for my needs.Nothing was too much trouble.

Apart from having a great selection of shoes. The staff were wonderful and were good enough to retrieve and look after my mobile phone, which I had left in their shop. Thank you very much for the new shoes and also the safe return of my phone.

Found a lovely pair of boots at this store ,asked for assistance and was told to wait my turn and to go stand with 3 other customers waiting to be served, left after waiting 20 minutes

A new revelation to me! Have lived in Worcester 7 years and never been in this shop but I will defbe going back. Bought 2 pairs of saddles and they are both so comfortable, it's like putting slippers on. Staff were lovely, very helpful. Vast range of shoes, various prices and styles. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. My wife has problems with her bending and the assistant helped her to take off her boots and put on the the ones she wanted to try. I believe this above and beyond the job description.
