Nice service here. I should start by saying that the kids section is upstairs and there is no lift. So you will have to leave your buggy downstairs. But staff are very helpful and we got my baby some really nice comfy boots (and shoes the following day)

Took our very reluctant grandchildren here for new shoes! Needn't have worried as they just loved the lady that took over the measuring of their feet! Shoes were just fabulous colours! Definitely one of the best shoe shops for children!

Nice shop with decent selection but frustrating that Kids section is upstairs with no lift especially when you have a young child or pushchair. Clarks seem to like doing this in their stores where they are on more than one level. I can understand it may not be the biggest draw to the shop but where you have kids you generally have pushchairs and small children, would be worth providing lifts or at least somewhere secure to leave your pushchair.

Friendly staff, they very quickly measured my daughter's feet. Unfortunately the kids section is upstairs and there's no lift. The staff very kindly let us leave our pram downstairs and kept an eye on it. But seems a bit silly having the children's section upstairs with no lift!

Fantastic experience today getting kids shoes. Felt safe in the shop. All staff wearing masks and visors and handgel at entrance. Well organised. Daisy, one of the shoe fitter was fantastic. Brilliant with the kids. In and out in 15 mins. Fabulous. Thanks Clarks @ Worthing.

Not usually the person to write reviews but today we went to Clark’s to buy shoes for my son who has ASD and the person organising upstairs “Anna” was incredible. She saw straight away he was struggling with the noise and with how busy is was. She offered us to be seen downstairs where it was much quieter and calmer. It was so uplifting with how fast she acted and was completely understanding. Thank you again.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Calum. Today I popped in with my 3 year old to get his feet measured and choose a pair of shoes. My son who has disabilities and gets very scared around new people (especially wearing a mask) but with Calum he felt so at ease. Calum was so helpful and gave us the time we did not feel rushed. Before we left calum brought out some stickers and sat down with my son and they were playing with the stickers together it was lovely. Calum is a real credit to your store.
